    Sewage pumps

    Performance range

    - Flow rate of 1.5-60.0m3/hr (25-2450l/min)
    - Dynamic head from 6 to 48,5метр

    Operating limits

    - Maximum operating depth from 5m to 50m below water
    - Maximum fluid temperature 40°C
    - Maximum passage for suspended solids ϕ2-19.5mm
    - PH value in water: 4-10

    Working principles

The pumps are sewage submersible pumps to handle dirty water and designed mainly for industrial and civil fields. The pumps’ construction prevents premature wear and failure from the abrasive materials found in mining, aggregate and construction applications. Some models are equipped with overload protection devices to make them durable and safe for use.

    Pump installation and applications

The sewage pumps are designed to withstand the most rigorous conditions, including those found in the most aggressive mining, aggregate and construction applications but also suitable for civil engineering, sewage treatment plants, mine, quarry, coal ore, slurry and so on. Pumps are suitable to handle sludge and liquids containing mud and bentonite. Some models are equipped with cutter impellers so are capable to pump dirty water contains solids without clogging problems. SO they are particularly suitable for installation in kitchen, sanitation, factory and family.

    Structure characteristics

    - Stainless steel and cast iron body
    - Stainless steel motor shaft
    - Graphite, stainless steel and ceramic seals
    - Common cast iron impellers
    - IP68 protection
    - with thermal overload protector in single phase motors
